Orders are processed during regular business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, manufacturer stock, special-order items, and order volume.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your delivery.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times depend on the product, destination, selected shipping method, and carrier. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer or one of our distribution partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated based on factors such as the products ordered, package size and weight, destination, and available shipping method. Final shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the contact information associated with your order. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged, contains missing items, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number, photos of the package and product, and a description of the problem.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. EMSC Auto is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

SPECIAL & OVERSIZED ITEMS

Certain oversized, heavy, special-order, or manufacturer-direct products may require additional processing time or shipping charges. When applicable, additional shipping information will be provided during the ordering process or communicated to you before fulfillment.
